The location was mind-blowing! Beach, bakeries, markets, all within easy reach and yet quiet at night. The apartment, with its jaw-dropping sea view balcony, was super comfortable and well equipped. The check-in/out arrangements were a real lifesaver for our late arrival and early departure. And guess what? The Wi-Fi was surprisingly good even though it wasn't advertised. Plus, there were plenty of supermarkets and great food outlets nearby. Cookware and kitchen utensils? Check. Air conditioning? Check. Lift? Check. And of course, with beach access, no pets, and no smoking, it was the perfect place to stay.

We had a blast exploring Nice and partying with our friends. Rented some cool electric scooters and raced around the city, feeling like real rebels. , the nearby beach was lit! We spent all day basking in the sun, playing beach volleyball, and flirting with cute guys/girls. Can you believe we even spotted some celebs? it was the perfect vacation for young party animals like us!

If I had to ask for one thing to make our trip even more amazing, it would be an on-site nightclub or an awesome rooftop bar at the hotel. It would have been so dope to have a place where we could party all night without having to worry about finding the next hot spot.

I had a fantastic stay at Promenade Holiday - Palatin & Sea. The location exceeded my expectations, with the beach, bakeries, and markets all within easy reach. Despite being close to the promenade, the apartment was quiet and allowed for a restful night's sleep. The balcony overlooking the sea was a highlight, and the well-equipped kitchen made it convenient to prepare meals. The Wi-Fi connection was excellent, and there were plenty of food supermarkets nearby. I highly recommend this property for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

It's worth mentioning that there were some minor issues with the apartment. The property could use some maintenance as some things were a bit "tired".

The property management seems to have become complacent, as there were some issues with cleanliness and maintenance. the apartment had water damage to the ceiling, a loose internal door handle, and a non, functioning cooker hood.

We were so close to the airport, only 8 km away, so it was super convenient when we arrived and when we had to leave. The beach was just a short walk away, perfect for tanning and swimming. And OMG, the nightlife was insane! There were so many clubs and bars nearby, we partied all night long. It was like living in a movie!

The only thing we wished for was a better soundproofing in the apartment. Sometimes, when we were trying to catch some Z's after a wild night out, we could hear the noise from the street.
